One of the nice things about ShopSite is that you can manage the content of your Store Pages and products separately from the layout of the Store Pages and product More Info Pages. There are two advantages to this system. First, you can easily add pages or products to your store, and have them automatically look like the other pages and products in your store. Second, you can change the layout of your entire store quickly, without having to go through and update each individual page and product.
The quickest way to change the look of your entire site is to select one of ShopSite's built-in themes. Each theme assigns a specific set of templates to use throughout your store. The templates control the layout of content on Store Pages, product More Info Pages, shopping cart screens, and any e-mail messages such as customer receipts. Most themes also have a selection of different color schemes you can pick from. To pick a theme for your store, go to
and click .You can also customize the layout for any individual Store Page by selecting a different template. Store Pages also include many page-specific layout settings, including page colors. You can change the template and other layout options for a page from the
section of your back office, either when you or select a page and click .The product template controls the layout of products on a Store Page, as well as the layout of the product More Info Pages. You can change some layout settings, including the product template, for each individual page by going to the
section of your back office when you or select an existing product and click . Products on Store Pages will use the page's colors. More Info Pages have a global color setting in the section of your back office under .Once you're comfortable with all the features in ShopSite, you may want to consider making your own templates to use throughout your store.
