ShopSite is Shopping Cart Software that combines an easy-to-use interface with a robust, powerful set of features to help you manage all the aspects of an online store. The ShopSite back office is an entirely Web-based merchant interface, so you don't have to download any special software or use only one computer to manage your store. Through the back office you can manage your product catalog, process payments, view and manage orders, and control all the customer-facing elements of your store.
The exact features available in your store will depend on the version and service level of your ShopSite store. New versions of ShopSite come out every few years with service packs (formerly called point versions) in between. Each new version and service pack will include new features. ShopSite is offered in three service levels, each with more features than the one before. When you outgrow one service level, it's easy to upgrade to the next one.
