Statistics

This page displays information about visitors to your online store. Statistics are divided into two categories, sales and traffic. Click here for ShopSite 3.1 Statistics help. View the glossary to learn what the various statistic terms mean.

 

When you first enter the statistics page the Statistics information is automatically updated from the last time you viewed the Statistics Page.

The following buttons are available in ShopSite Pro.

View History
Selecting this button will show a summary screen for the Day, Month, and Year.

Page Summary
Gives a page by page breakdown of Visits, Units Sold, and Sales Amount.

Hosts Summary
Details the sales by Host (e.g., domain name or IP number).

Referrer Summary
Shows you the site or page a visitor was on before they came to your store.

Configure Statistics
Use this button to tell ShopSite where to find the Web Server's access (visitor) logs.
