Here is a list of questions and answers about receipts that are sent to customers via e-mail.

How do I change the store URL on customers’ e-mail receipts?

From the ShopSite back office, go to Preferences > Hosting Service. The URL entered in the My Store URL field is what is included on e-mail receipts.

How can I customize the customer receipt?

You can include your own text at the bottom of the e-mail receipts. Go to the Commerce Setup > Order System > Thank You screen and enter text in the Text at the bottom of the e-mail receipt field.

To completely customize the e-mail receipt and any other shopping cart pages, create a custom shopping cart template.
