How do I change the store URL on customers’ e-mail receipts?

From the ShopSite back office, go to Preferences > Hosting Service. The URL entered in the My Store URL field is what is included on e-mail receipts.

How can I customize the customer receipt?

You can include your own text at the bottom of the e-mail receipts. Go to Commerce Setup > Order System and scroll down almost to the bottom of the screen. Enter text in the Text at the bottom of the email receipt field.
