Here is a list of questions and answers about ShopSite’s order notification.
Go to Preferences > Hosting Service in the ShopSite back office. The Merchant e-mail address field defines where order notification messages are sent. The field is also included on customer receipts, so the value that you set here needs to work for both purposes.
ShopSite sends a notification message every time an order is placed.
Order notification messages are sent immediately after an order is placed so that merchants can respond quickly to new orders. You cannot set a schedule for notifications.
ShopSite does not have a built-in mechanism for sending order notification messages to more than one e-mail address. However, many e-mail clients programs, such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, allow you to define message rules so that they would automatically forward messages from a specific address (your store) to one or more addresses.
