Statistics

This page displays information about your customers. It is here that you can find out how many people visit your online store and what they buy. Statistics are divided into two categories: sales and traffic.

Update Traffic Counters

When you first enter the Statistics page, you will see information displayed from the last time you checked your statistics. If you want to see up-to-date stats, hit this button. The date and time above the button lets you know when the displayed stats were collected.

Configure

If your stats are working, you will not need to change these configurations. If there is an error message instructing you to specify your log file's path, then click on the "configure" button and type in the path in the field provided. If you do not know your log file's location, your server's administrator should know. If your server is running Apache, then you would only be getting the error if your server's administrator has made some special modifications. If your server is running other server software, the log file could be in many different locations. Ask your administrator.

If you have several copies of ShopSite Manager running on the same server, you can use the substring field to differentiate between statistics for the different directories, so that you can receive stats for your store only, not the whole server.
