The ShopSite Help and Resource Center is divided into five sections to make it easier to find the information that you're looking for:

• Getting Started with ShopSite - New users should read this first to learn how to prepare to open and run an online store, and to learn about the features in ShopSite that can help you be successful.
• Working with ShopSite - Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about how to use ShopSite to accomplish everything from adding products to your store to integrating a ShopSite shopping cart into your existing Web pages.
• Back Office Screen Reference - Detailed explanations of each ShopSite back office screen.
• Customizing ShopSite - Information on using custom templates and add-on programs
• ShopSite Technical Information - Installation Instructions, customization instructions, and other information for the people who install and maintain ShopSite.
• On the go? Download the ShopSite Pro v8.2 Screen Reference PDF (7.5MB). (NOTE: ShopSite Manager and Starter do not include all the features documented for ShopSite Pro stores)
