ShopSite Order Transfer

For use with QuickBooks®

Are you using Intuit QuickBooks® to manage your business? The ShopSite Order Transfer application allows you to directly import your ShopSite Orders into your QuickBooks application running on your desktop.

The order information that can be imported includes:

A list of products in each order, including quantity and total price.
All charges for the order, including products subtotal, shipping charges, tax, and the order total.
Customer information, including shipping and billing addresses.
Customer payment information for manual processing (Requires a secure connection).

You can download orders as invoice or cash sale transactions, and you can specify the account to use with either type. After downloading orders, you can view the orders, view customer information, and track product inventory, costs, and profits.
