Copy Product

You can create a new product for your store by copying an existing product. The new product will keep most of the settings from the original product, which can save you time and ensure that your products are consistent throughout your store.

Original Product
(Read only) The name of the product that the new product will be copied from. If this is not the correct product, click Cancel and select a different product.
Copy Product Name
Type the name that you want for the new product.
Original Product SKU
(Read only) The SKU of the original product. This is shown as a reference for the SKU of the new product.
Copy Product SKU
Type the SKU that you want for the new product.
Include Assigned Subproducts
Check this box to copy the assigned subproducts from the original product to the new product. When this box is checked, the new product will have all the same settings as the original product except for these fields:
  • Product Name
  • Product Location
  • More Info Page File Name

Note that the new product will not be assigned to any pages. After copying the product, select the new product and click Edit Product Info to put the new product on pages by checking the boxes in the Product Location field.
