Edit Associate Orders

The Edit Associate Orders screen shows you all orders that have resulted from referrals from a specific associate. Use this page to review the orders, delete invalid orders, find the total of all sales referred from that associate, and the total commission owed to that associate.

• To delete orders on which you've paid the commission or that are invalid, check the Delete? box and then click Recalculate or OK .

 

• To send an e-mail message to the associate, click on the associate's e-mail address.

 

Note that the Total Commission field shows the amount due to the associate, and the way that amount was calculated, such as a percentage or a flat rate per sale.
