Screen: ShopSite > Merchandising > Custom Templates > Delete Template
You can delete one or more custom templates from your store by selecting them from the list and clicking Delete Template, then clicking Yes on the confirmation page. Any parts of your store (pages, products, etc.) that were using the deleted template will revert to using the appropriate default template.
