Backup Databases

This screen allows you to confirm or cancel your choice to back up one or more of your store’s databases. Backing up a database creates a copy on the ShopSite server.

  1. Verify that the databases listed are those that you wanted to back up. Also verify that the status of the databases is shown as "OK." Do not back up databases with errors. If one or more of your databases shows errors, contact the technical support department of your service provider for assistance.

  2. If the databases listed are correct and their status is "OK," click Proceed to perform the backup operation.

The final screen displays the results of the operation.
