List of Products
Overview
This screen lists the products that you've added to your store, and lets you add, modify, and delete products. The view (Grid or List) you use will control which options are available and how you interact with the products. Grid View handles the basics, while List View presents many more options and more granular control.
- To add a new product using all available fields, from the List View click Add +; to add multiple products at the same time using all available fields, from the List View click Add Multiple.
To add a new product using only a few basic fields, from the Grid View click Add +; clicking Add Multiple from the Grid View takes you to the same page as it does for List View.

Product Search
When you have many products, you may not want to scroll through what seems like endless products. To quicken your search, the context-sensitive menu bar allows you to search for products by any product field, with the option to further filter the results.
For example, if you're selling a variety of sunglasses and you want to modify the on sale price of all sunglasses under $20, you'd search to Find products with Price is less than $20. After clicking the search button (the magnifying glass), all sunglasses under $20 will display. If you want to filter the results, change the search parameters and click the filter button (it looks like a funnel) to see the new results.
Click List Allspan> to show all products again.
List View Extras
List View offers some additional features to modify the presentation and organization of your products.
By default, there are eight columns (not including the column for the check boxes). In order from left to right they are: Product Name, SKU, Price, Product Image, Product Description, More Info Page Text, Pull-down Menus, and Products on Pages. You can drag and drop these columns however you want them to appear. Additionally, you can sort the entire list by hovering over the appropriate column title and clicking the little arrow. If the arrow is pointing down, it will sort the content in descending order (A-Z, 0-9, etc.), while an up arrow will arrange the products in the reverse.
