Many of the error messages that you might see from ShopSite are simply ShopSite telling you that you have made a mistake in configuring your store. These error messages all contain information about how to correct the error, which generally requires clicking your browser’s Back button and changing a setting on the previous screen.
If you see an error message that does not fit the above category, you should visit the ShopSite Knowledgebase to find an explanation for the error. If you are unable to find an answer there, please contact the support department of your ShopSite Hosting Partner and ask them to help you resolve the issue.
