Payment Options

This section shows the payment options that will be displayed to the customer. To change which payment options the customer is allowed to use, click the Configure Payment Options button. The Process Option column indicates whether you will process the payment yourself (manually) or whether a third-party processor will validate and collect the payment.

Processor Option

The third-party processor option is only available with ShopSite Manager and ShopSite Pro.

Select the Configure Process Options button to have ShopSite use a real-time payment processor. With a third-party processor, a customer's credit card is validated immediately after they submit their credit card information. The amount they are to be billed is also reserved on their payment card at that time. Once the order is fulfilled, the merchant can authorize that the billed amount be paid from the customer's account to the merchant's account.
